The FC \u017dalgiris Academy is the official talent factory for Vilnius\u2019 flagship football team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We belong to a football-loving community of thousands, united by a goal: to inspire unforgettable moments while guiding children, parents, and the club toward their shared dreams<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our ambition is to become a phenomenon in youth development\u2014an institution the city of Vilnius and the green-and-white community proudly point to as a benchmark of professionalism, where knowledge, tools, and people together create something extraordinary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Established in 2008 as the children\u2019s academy we have always been closely linked with FK \u017dalgiris and its green-and-white colours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2023 the academy entered a new era, becoming an integral part of the \u017dalgiris family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 600 boys and girls aged 5\u201319<\/strong> train with us year-round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our staff\u2014licensed coaches (UEFA PRO, A, B, C), physiotherapists, psychologists, doctors, mentors, and managers\u2014devote their knowledge, energy, and heart to our players and their families every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regular workshops on nutrition, sleep, and workload planning promote a healthy, active lifestyle for the whole community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objective:<\/strong> cultivate young footballers of the highest sporting calibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Approach:<\/strong> 2\u20135 training sessions per week, participation in local and international tournaments, plus Lithuanian championships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
